XAT 2013 Analysis

Overall exam pattern:

XAT 2013 had same pattern as previous years. It has 91 questions within 140mins & 40 mins for easy writing & GK. Timings had gone up to 180 mins.

There are two parts, Part A & Part B. In part A, there are three sections and Part B covers GK & essay writing.

Verbal Ability

No. of attempt in this section are about 18-20.

Decision making

This section mostly contains logical reasoning questions. No. of attempt in this section are about 14-15 out of 25.

Quantitative Ability

The good score is of about 15 marks.

 GK is based on current affair, business news & socio-economical movement, awards, science and famous personality. The essay topic was “Corruption is the root cause of economics slow down in India”
