TISSNET 2010 Analysis

Overall exam pattern:

The TISSNET 2010 was divided in two parts: Part 1 and Part 2. Part 1 section consisted viz. Analytical & Numerical Ability, Language Ability & Awareness of General & Social Issues. It consisted of 50 questions to be solved in 45 min. Mostly the students would have solved the questions within the given span time as the overall the paper was easy.

TISSNET 2009 Analysis

Overall exam pattern:

The TISSNET 2009 was divided in three sections i.e Analytical & Numerical Ability, Language Ability & Awareness of General & Social Issues. It consisted of 50 questions to be solved in 45 min. It does not had any negative markings. Mostly the students would have solved the questions within the given span time as the overall the paper was easy.

TISS 2012 Analysis

Overall exam pattern :

The TISSNET entrance exam is very crucial for taking admission into the courses offered by Tata Institute of Social Sciences. The TISS test 2012 had 50 objective type questions and each right answer carried one mark. Duration allotted for the test was one hour. There was no negative marking. The test was in written form and had two sections which assess the candidate’s logical and analytical abilities and social awareness about current issues.

TISS 2011 Analysis

Overall exam pattern :

TISS is well known for its “unique programs” which distinguishes it from the other B-schools in India. In 2011 TISS paper was divided in two parts : PART 1 was common for all the programs and PART 2 was different for each of the programs. Weightage of Section 1 was 25% and Section 2 was 75%. There were no sectional cut-offs.
