Overview on CMAT
Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is an online computer-based test conducted by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), India. It is a national-level admission test for facilitating institutions to select suitable students for admission in all management program approved by AICTE.
A candidate should have passed with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging to reserved category) in Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline as recognized by the Association of Indian Universities.
Test Duration and Pattern:
Time Duration: 3 hours
Number of Questions: 25 questions per section
Total Section: 4 sections
While each correct answer carries 4 marks, each wrong answer will carry 1 negative marking.
