NMAT stands for, Narsee Monjee Aptitude Test. This is like an entrance exam to get admission into Narsee Monjee Institute of Management. The exam was acquired by Graduate Admission Council in 2015 and hence the NMAT is renamed by The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). It is a computer generated test by GMAC. It is an important national level entrance test for MBA leading to MBA admissions in top MBA colleges.

1.Avoid Procrastination

Candidate must avoid delay in studying the syllabus. One must check in advance whether all the topics are understood. Delay in practicing or studying will result in losing a lot of marks. Make sure you study hard from day one.

2.Make proper timetable

Making proper timetable will help you a lot in knowing what to study first and will also save time. Staying organized is always a plus point. Once you understand what to study the next step will be how to study and it goes on. Making timetable initially will help you score good marks. A timetable makes one more disciplined and helps to get rid of negligence.

3.Set a Goal

Setting goals is a must and initial step. One must set a realistic goal according to their ability to score. Setting unrealistic scores will bring high expectations and if you are not able to achieve it will disappoint you. One must not set too high or too low targets for themselves.

4.Avoid Mugging up

Mugging up will land you in trouble always. One should focus on concepts and should understand it thoroughly. It is not at all advisable to choose to mug up technique. Understanding the whole concept helps one to remember things for a longer period of time and on the other side mugging up never stays for a longer period.

You should take time to relax from your busy hectic study schedule. If you continuously keep yourself busy in studies without taking a single break this will make you feel sick soon. So to avoid this take breaks in between while studying, this will keep your mind fresh and you will stay focused.

10.Be faster and more careful

You should be quick while solving the problems. Wasting too much time on a particular question is not at all advisable. If you are unsure about a certain question keep that question for later and solve it at the end when are done with solving the entire paper. When you solve your paper with speed just don’t make silly mistakes and be a little more careful. For getting low percentile making silly mistakes is the major reason behind it.
