The All India Management Association (AIMA) conducts an exam called the Management Aptitude Test (MAT). People willing to do MBA and join a B-school must appear for MAT. The exam is conducted 4 times a year. It is a national level exam is conducted all over India. The duration of the exam 2 hours 30 minutes. It is conducted only in the English exam. It is a computer-based exam. There are a total of 200 questions. There are 5 sections in the test with each section consisting of 40 questions each. A minimum of 90+ percentile is required to get into the top B-schools. The fees for 1 MAT exam is Rs. 1550/- and for 2 MAT exams the fees is Rs. 2650/-.
