Vedica Scholars Programme for WomenAnisha Mukhija
The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women is a non-traditional MBA programme for women. The program’s multidisciplinary structure and our scholars’ unique skill sets are more inclusive than any other programme management credential. Vedica guides and prepares its Scholars for a sustained professional career of distinction, while also helping them become more self-aware, during the course of the 18-month programme.
Vedica’s 18-month post-graduate certificate programme in management is a residential programme with an interdisciplinary curriculum ranging from Management Practice to Liberal Arts, Communications to Personal Development. Every Scholar will benefit from each of the tracks that make up these multidisciplinary courses. Vedica’s attitude of ‘potential over performance’ reverberates throughout the postgraduate certificate programme in management, from the entrance to placement.
A multidisciplinary curriculum encourages students to think beyond the box, establish context, and take a holistic approach to business issues. Year after year, our employers are astounded by our Scholars’ level of knowledge and drive, making them a perfect fit for any field and a match for employers’ expectations everywhere.
The Vedica Scholars Programme is open to achievement-oriented women with a graduate degree and a desire to flourish professionally. While we urge recent grads to apply, work experience is an advantage. The class would benefit from a varied mix of recent grads and working women.
