• Eligibility: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories) and a valid CAT score.

• Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting: Based on CAT score, past academic performance, work experience, and diversity factors.

2. Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates are assessed on their communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

3. Final Selection: Based on a composite score considering CAT score, WAT, PI performance, academic record, and work experience (if any).
