Admission Process and Eligibility Criteria

SJMSOM IIT Bombay Admission 2023 for the 2-year full-time MBA will be based on the CAT scores followed by Personal Interview. Final SJMSOM admissions are based on the composite score of CAT and PI. Apart from MBA, SJMSOM also offers Interdisciplinary Dual Degree Program (IDDDP) in Management, EMBA and PhD courses. IDDDP in Management is a specially designed program for the 4th year B Tech/BS/Dual Degree to students of IITB. While the minimum eligibility criteria for MBA/EMBA is CAT. For PhD Program admissions 2023, aspirants must have a post-graduate degree in a relevant subject, along with CAT / GATE or GRE score.

SJMSOM IIT Bombay MBA Eligibility

  • Graduation Degree holder in any subject from a recognized University or Institution.
  • Minimum 60% marks secured in the qualifying examination.
  • Candidates belonging to SC/ST category should have a minimum of 55% marks secured in the final examination.
  • Appearing candidates can also apply for admission.
  • CA/ICWA with a first-class Bachelor’s degree in any discipline having secured 60% marks (55% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category) in aggregate.

SJMSOM IIT Bombay MBA Selection Criteria

  • Stage 1: Minimum sectional cut-off in CAT. The candidate will be shortlisted based on the performance in CAT.
