Placements

The Placement Season commences with the Summer Placements for the 1st year students in the 1st week of October while the Pre-Placement Presentations for the Final Placements are carried out simultaneously. This is followed by the Final Placement Process for the 2nd year students in the first week of December. The slotting policy for the visiting companies has evolved in the past years of DoMS’ existence.

This democratic way of slotting has contributed, significantly, to a high percentage of our alumni continuing in their first job for over 2 years to build stable and successful careers.

The institute recorded 100% placement rate for its MBA batch passing out in 2023. The highest package and average package offered to MBA students stood at INR 30.60 and INR 20.19 LPA, respectively. As per the placement brochure 2023, the median package offered to MBA students stood at INR 20.40 LPA
