The world is filled with countless management programmes, but none that is tailored for women to navigate their careers more skillfully.
We are seeing an alarming decline in female workforce participation. According to a recent report by the World Bank, 23 million women in India have withdrawn from the workforce in the past 15 years.
Introducing Vedica, a comprehensive, full-time post-graduate management programme meticulously designed to empower women in forging successful careers.
Founders-
Anuradha Das Mathur
Anuradha is the Founder and Dean of the Vedica Scholars Programme for Women and also the Senior Adviser for Dentons Global Advisors’ (formerly known as the Albright Stonebridge Group) India practice. She also serves as a Managing Director at the CFO Collective, a boutique media company serving India’s senior finance community; and a Co-founder at Samarth - an eldercare company. She is passionate about financial independence for women and improving their participation in the workforce - and much of what she does - loops back to this mission.
Pramath Raj Sinha
Dr. Pramath Raj Sinha is the Co-founder of the Vedica Scholars Programme for Women, Founder and Chairman of Ashoka University, a leading liberal arts institution in India, and the Founding Dean of ISB, a top global business school. He is also the Founder of Harappa (now part of upGrad). A pioneer in Indian higher education, Dr. Sinha has led initiatives such as an entrepreneurship fellowship for the Himalayan region and a design university for the built environment. Previously, he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and the Founder of the 9.9 Group. He is the author of An Idea Whose Time Has Come (2011) and Learn, Don’t Study (2023) and has been recognized as one of India’s top management thinkers.

Does Vedica have a hostel? Vedica does not operate its own hostel. Our accommodation partner YourSpace manages hostel facilities for Vedica Scholars in Munirka, South Delhi. Scholars can, however, choose to arrange their own accommodation.

● Educational Background: Our selection process is background-agnostic i.e students from varied educational backgrounds are eligible to apply.
● Fresher: Final year undergraduate student/graudation completed
● Work-ex: Candidates with work experience are eligible to join the programme
● There is no age limit to apply to Vedica
Fee Structure-
The online application fee to apply to Vedica is INR 1200/-
The total fee for the Class of 2026 cohort is INR 12,98,000/- (including GST)
