The Management Aptitude Test (MAT), a national-level exam administered since 1988, facilitates admissions to MBA and allied programs. Approved as a national-level test by the Ministry of Education in 2003, MAT scores are accepted by over 600 B-Schools across India and can also be considered by international institutions. It remains one of the largest tests of its kind in the country.
