Candidates will be shortlisted based on CAT 2023 score and other parameters like academic performance and gender diversity.

See our students who made it into IIM C From this year's results, we have seen that there is a liking towards non-engineers and women. It's a hard life for a GEM and we sympathize with the fact if you are one.
Earlier, IIM C also considered graduation score before giving calls, but from a past couple of years that parameter has been scrapped off. So, take a sigh of relief if your graduation score is not upto the mark and prepare for what is still to come.
Once you get a call, it's a totally different ball game. Firstly, make sure whatever you speak and claim is credible because you might have to show proof for some of the things that you might speak about in your interview. So, beware before you lie!!!
It is recommended to build a profile by certifications that depict you as a person and your interests. Don't do certifications for the namesake only. Try mastering the topic you hold a certificate in so that you have good enough content to speak about in your interview and handle all or any questions that are thrown your way.
