New Courses Offered By IIM from the academic year 2021-22
IIMs have launched a number of management programs, ranging from certificate to professional executive courses, that will be available beginning with the upcoming academic year. In the midst of the pandemic, the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) have launched a number of new courses for students and working professionals. Human resource management and professional leadership programs are among the courses available. Here is a list of all the new courses offered by IIM.

1. Executive MBA program – IIM Jammu
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu has announced the launch of a two-year executive MBA program for working professionals. The new courses offered by IIM will be delivered in a hybrid format. The application deadline for the program is July 31. Candidates have complete access to course information from here.
To be eligible to apply, the candidate must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Education. Professional qualifications such as CA, CS, or ICWA are also acceptable.
Those who wanted to pursue an MBA but were unable to complete it before getting a job can apply for the program. They will be able to obtain an MBA without having to leave their current jobs. Working executives from industry, corporations, government organizations, armed or paramilitary forces, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and entrepreneurs with a minimum of three years of experience are eligible to apply.
Candidates who have taken the CAT, GMAT, or GRE in the previous three years may be exempt from the IIMJAT 2021. The previous three years would be counted beginning with the last date of the admission application. Candidates who do not have a competitive exam score will be required to take the IIMJAT 2021.
2. PG certificate program in Data Science – IIM Nagpur
The Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Data Science for Business Excellence and Innovation has been launched by the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur. The PG certificate programs are aimed at early- and mid-career professionals looking for opportunities to upskill in order to perform effectively in their current roles and take on greater challenges as they progress through their careers.The programs range from 9 to 12 months in duration.
3. HR Management course – IIM Kozhikode
The professional certificate program in HR management and analytics has been launched by IIM Kozhikode in collaboration with the e-learning platform upGrad. Individuals who want to build a meaningful career in human resources should take this course. This is the second edition since the professional certification in data science for business decision-making was launched in March of this year. This five-month course, developed and taught by experienced faculty at IIM-K, will improve one's knowledge of key HR concepts and the application of quantitative analysis to understand trends and outcomes of Human Resource data.
4. Leadership program for doctors – IIM Indore
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore in Madhya Pradesh announced on Thursday that it will offer a free leadership development program to 100 selected doctors. On July 3, the details of the program will be posted on the institute's official website. On July 31, 2021, the online leadership development program for frontline doctors will begin.
The program will be completely free for doctors, with the institute covering all costs, he said, adding that the normal cost for such a programme is Rs 1.5 lakh per participant. IIM-national Indore's contribution totals Rs 1.5 crore, with a free program for 100 frontline doctors. Leadership, negotiations, conflict management, effective communication skills, understanding new-age technology, service operations, and financial management will be among the topics covered in this short certificate program.
5. Advance certificate programs – IIM Kozhikode
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode has announced the introduction of four certificate programs in business, strategy, marketing, and product management. The programs will be offered in collaboration with the ed-tech platform Coursera. Each program is intended to be a 6-8 month graduate-level offering that will include interactive learning, including synchronous and asynchronous sessions with IIM Kozhikode faculty and advanced learning tools supported by Coursera technology and program support. Business Management, Strategic Management, Marketing Strategy, and Product Management are among the four advanced certificate programs available.
6. ACPMEM program – MICA
MICA Ahmedabad, in collaboration with iEducation.com, has announced the start of the admissions process for the Advanced Certificate in Media and Entertainment Management program. Candidates who are interested and eligible may apply for the course; the application form can be found on the MICA website or at ivoryeducation.com.Graduates from any recognized university in any field are eligible to apply for this course. The course will be delivered online over the course of 11 months. The programme will begin with theoretical concepts, then move on to case studies and practical applications.
Classes will be held twice a week, with part-time classes and schedules designed for working professionals. Candidates who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate of Completion from MICA, MICA Executive Education Alumni status, and iEducation placement assistance.
