Masters’ Union offers more than 87 electives, giving students the chance to construct a tailor-made postgraduate program that fits their personal and professional goals. We have new-age, core, and industry concentrations. Students are free to pursue a generalist path toward management or specialise in particular areas by choosing industry concentrations. Regardless of the path students decide to take during their elective terms, everybody graduates with the same PGP TBM certificate with an opportunity to choose industry concentrations.

How will applicants be graded at Masters’ Union?

The PGP TBM at Masters’ Union, with its unique 16-month format, encapsulates the best global practices in management education through a pedagogical approach. Designed to be a fast-paced academic experience, it includes 13 months of rigorous academic training in core areas and industry concentrations with a three-month period of internship and industry immersion, and opportunities to network and seek mentorship. Being in this state of constant engagement gives an opportunity for students to learn how to set priorities and make choices about learning, socialising and personal time from the very beginning of the programme, making them an expert at decision-making, which is one of the most valued qualities in a business leader.

While the programme might have the word ‘technology’ integrated within it, our programme is far more holistic in what it encompasses, and allows students from non-tech backgrounds to blend in seamlessly. We ensure our graduates are equipped with the knowledge and practical skills to work on a diverse range of tools, from programming concepts to software design. As leaders at the intersection of business, technology, design, marketing and many more, we believe tech is only one out of the several toolkits students will need to acquire at Masters’ Union. Students who choose to immerse themselves and have a more technology-focused emphasis for their journeys can curate their own academic journey through their elective choices.

The academic content and rigour of the Masters’ Union PGP Rise: General Management are equivalent to other Executive MBA programmes. However, Indian regulations do not allow independent institutions to grant a Master’s degree. After completion of the programme, applicants will receive a certificate of completion of the Post Graduate Programme in Management for Senior Professionals.

Yes, applicants can continue their full-time job as they pursue PGP Rise: General Management by Masters’ Union.
