The Masters’ Union Post Graduate Programme in Technology & Business Management (PGP TBM) is 16 months, full time, on campus program with optional residency. The typical batch size ranges from 240 to 270 students.

Masters’ Union is led by our board of governors, Mr. Manoj Kohli, Mr Srirang TK, Mr. Pankaj Bansal and Mr. P Dwarkanath. Our leadership team comprises graduates from top B-schools like Stanford GSB and Wharton School. 

From choosing an urban campus surrounded by 200+ corporates to 200+ CXOs delivering fireside chats to 70% of all courses being taught by industry veterans such as Edward Rogers (Former Chief Knowledge Officer, NASA), Dr. Naveen Munjal (MD, Hero Electric) and Rajat Mathur (MD, Morgan Stanley), Masters’ Union is focused on providing practical insights, real-world experience and tech focused learnings.

Our classes are taught by a mix of faculties-in-residence, international faculties and industry practitioners. With 20% of all electives being taught by international faculty (Oxford, Harvard, INSEAD, etc.), students gain international exposure. Students also get the opportunity to participate in global immersions at INSEAD, Bocconi and NUS campus. These initiatives create diverse learning environments and outcomes, as well as a great opportunity to expand student networks.

Master’s Union is cognizant of the role entrepreneurship will play in driving the next wave of growth in our country. To enable this, the unique hands-on component of our pedagogy enables students to graduate with running businesses and not just a job. For example: 

• In term 1, each student works in a teams of 3-5 to launch dropshipping businesses.All  234 students of Cohort of 2025 have collectively generated a revenue of ~INR 3 Cr in 2 months alone.

•  In term 2, students build their own social media presence so that they can be more camera confident. 10+ students have crossed 50,000+ followers and are earning through social media collaborations. 

All through the year, students take up hands on projects in collaboration with corporations and future recruiters. Some examples include: 

• AI Hackathons with Microsoft and Ather, case competitions with Pepsico, etc.

• One-day challenges with Excitel, PwC, MakeMyTrip, Marico and more

• Video case studies on Cars24, and Physicswallah, etc

Moreover, our student teams have participated in various national and international case competitions at coveted colleges and achieved laurels for Masters’ Union. Some of the most recents achievements have been the following: 

• 2nd Position: Global Case Competition organised by Harvard Business School 

• 1st Position: Wired 8.0 organized by Flipkart

• 1st Position: QComm Strategy and HUSKify Strategy, ISB

• 1st Position: Prodigy’23, IIM Calcutta 

Our innovative teaching method has enabled our alumni to build successful careers in top companies such as Bain, BCG, Mckinsey, Kearney, Accenture Strategy, Samagra, Zerodha, Cisco, Zomato, Zepto, Avirom Capital, Citi, ICICI Bank, ABG, Cred, Razorpay, Makemytrip, Tata IQ, etc. Furthermore, given our focus on running a INR 5 Cr student-led investment fund and VC classes taught on campus by actual VCs, several alumni of Masters’ Union have cracked coveted VC roles at funds including Antler, Waterbridge Ventures, Good Capital, GrowX, Stride Ventures, Innoven Capital, Kae Capital, Merisis Advisors, Good Capital, Palaash Ventures, Physis Capital. 

Finally, almost 10% of our students take a plunge and work full time to build their startups through our Venture Initiation Programme. Some of the best performing startups are HiveSchool, Bullspree, Seeds AI, Atlas Foods, PlaySuper, etc.
