NIBM Pune Admission

NIBM Pune Admission is based on CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT and GRE exams, followed by the Oral Communication Test and Personal Interview. Apart from these procedures, the average marks secured by the candidates in SSC and HSC may be considered for assessing the academic performance of the candidates. Other parameters like Extracurricular activities, sports, Work Experience, etc will also be considered for the final selection. 

The NIBM PGDM admission process includes the following stages:

Admission Stage Description 
Registration  Interested candidates will have to visit the NIBM website and fill out the PGDM application form online.
Screening Test The applicants should have a valid score in any one of the exams among CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT and GRE. They will be shortlisted based on their scores. 
Selection Process The shortlisted candidates will be called for an Oral Communication and a Personal Interview round.
Final Selection  The final merit list will be based on the score in the Screening Tests, performance in the Oral Communication, Personal interviews, Academic Background, Participation in extracurricular activities, and Work experience. The selected candidates will be sent an offer letter.

● Writing Ability Test and Personal Interview (WAT/PI): If conducting WAT is not feasible Oral
Communication Test (OCT) may be conducted. OCT may be conducted by the panel for personal interviews by giving a topic to the candidates and asking the candidate to speak on the topic. The panel will also score the
candidates against extracurricular activities and work experience.
Academic Performance: Average of marks secured by the candidates in SSC and HSC may be considered for assessing the academic performance of the candidates.
