Job Description

We are looking for a committed Faculty to complement our qualified workforce of educators. You will be responsible for implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the institute’s requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills.

The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust. They will know how to organize a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process.

The goal is to help cultivate the students’ interest in education and be their dedicated ally in the entire process of learning and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual / audio means to facilitate learning
  • Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
  • Distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments )
  • Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback
  • Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom
  • Collaborate with other teachers, and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
  • Observe and understand students’ behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect etc.

Financial Operations

  1. Leads the monthly /Weekly reviews and analysis of the client’s financial performance.
  2. Cash flow planning and ensure Financial stability of the company ( Cost Benefit Analysis )
  3. Cash  and investment management at all corporate office and branches.
  4. Development of tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the Strategic Partners and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
  5. Engages the Board, Strategic Partners and appropriate committees around financial issues, trends, and changes in the operating model .

Compliance

  1. Ensures that effective internal controls are in place and ensures compliance with all applicable laws, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
  2. Ensures all secretarial records are in order and do necessary filings to bridge gaps

Due Diligence

  1. Leads the due diligence exercise with external agencies (if any )

Responsibilities

Driving digital marketing strategy for CATKing. Areas of focus include digital content management, keyword research, search engine optimization (SEO), analysing web analytics, all social media platform  & online outreach programs.

  • Develop strategies that increase traffic, demand and conversion.
  • Suggest digital strategies that complement the company’s sales and marketing efforts to enhance brand
  • Studying competitor digital marketing strategies to create a benchmark
  • Provide direction and direct team members in the performance of their duties, establishing work priorities, and in achieving company initiatives.
  • Digital campaigns – Develop and execute high impact digital & social brand communications programs for all ATL campaigns.
  • Manage all owned media channels – Complete ownership of social media channels. Regularly tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the brand in digital ecosystem. Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns and utilizing a range of techniques including SEM/SEO to improve performance.
  • Social media marketing – Creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through blogs, Youtube, Instagram,Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online social properties.
  • Digital Analytics – Maintaining processes to track conversion rates and making improvements to the brand in digital ecosystem. Defining success metrics and reporting needs for campaigns.

Requirements

  • Highly proficient product & service marketer with experience in digital marketing.
  • Two or more years of digital marketing, marketing communication and/or advertising experience required.
  • Proven capability of driving large scale customer acquisition through digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills required. Strong copywriting skills a must.
  • Exposure to tech-environment  – should have experience in setting-up online marketing for a product& services company.
  • Analytical thinking skills and ability to derive actionable insights from a lot of data.
  • Ability to number-crunch, read and interpret data, knowledge of vendors and products relevant to digital marketing and management, and aware of trends in digital media.
  • Digital media strategy, planning and management. Cross functional and cross cultural collaborations on various projects
  • Degree in advertising, marketing or other business-related field and certification in digital marketing (Google Certified Professional) is preferred.

We are looking for Content developers who are essentially involved in the creation, development, and editing of content for various activities related to MBA competitive exams like CAT, GRE, GMAT and other.

Job Responsibilities:

      1. Writes, schedules, and posts content online; maintains company web pages and blog(s)
      2. Contributes to/updates the company’s social sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
      3. Works with developers/IT staff to assess any technical challenges (technical troubleshooting) in displaying the content
      4. Helps develop & document procedures to manage web content
      5. Moderates user-generated content
      6. Helps plan and implement social marketing campaigns for specific marketing goals
      7. Monitors social media channels and conducts social listening; responds on topics related to company/industry
      8. Keeps up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends
      9. Coordinate content creation & publishing of company newsletters (internal or external)
      10. Prepare internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, analytics reports, presentations, technical documentation, sales support, etc. as needed.
Job Requirements:
        1. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
        2. Experience in writing for the web, content management and internet research
        3. Experience with social networks and implementation of social media marketing
        4. Experience with HTML, CSS, and working with content management systems (CMS) (not mandatory)
