Abhyudaya: FMR organised its annual cultural and management fest “Abhyudaya”. It was a 3 day long cultural and management extravaganza which happened on Feb 9, 10 and 11, 2018 with the theme “Mélange”.
IFMR MUN: FMR MUN 2018 had 3 committees running in parallel. They were UNGA, AIPPM and UNSC. Details as below. The event was organised by the Model United Nations (MUN) committee of IFMR.
10th LAKSHMI BAL MAHOTSAV: The Lakshmi Bal Mahotsav was started at IFMR in the year 2009 in the memory of late Lakshmi Iyer who was a student at IFMR. She loved kids and liked to do social service. This year Samarthan came up with the initiative of awarding scholarship to the most meritorious student in the school which Samarthan teach in the memory of Saurav Rakshit, an excellent student who passed away in an accident.
