2 months - Summer Internship

The Summer Internship Program aims to familiarize our PGDM students with the projects and procedures of leading corporates and startups. During this 8 to 10-week summer internship period, participating graduates will engage in research and report generation required at a post-graduate level under ISME faculty supervision.

Our students from the batch of 2023-2025 were presented with numerous internship opportunities from a diverse array of renowned companies. They had the privilege to explore internships at well-known organizations such as Biocon, Page Industries, Boston Technology Corporation, Godrej & Boyce, Arvind, Quess Corp, Sabic, MyGate, Acer Inc, Tally Solutions Kwality Foods, HDFC Life, 5C Networks, Kewaunee, Decathlon, Buglerock Capital, Chaitanya India Financial, Bharati AXA, and many more prestigious entities. These opportunities provided them valuable experiences, which in turn will allow them further to develop their skills and expertise in their respective fields.

4 months - Industry Trajectory Program leading to Placements

We offer a unique Industry Trajectory Program for our recruiters, giving them a chance to better understand our students' capabilities. The ITP allows students to spend 4 months in the company before they proceed to full-time employment. During this period, ISME can also customize the coursework to teach them specific topics needed for the role. This enables students to become culturally aligned and productive by the time they are on-boarded full-time.
