NMAT 2024 Notification
NMAT 2024: The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) will start NMAT registration in the first week of August 2024. Candidates seeking MBA admissions to top Indian or international business schools can take the NMAT exam 2024 three times throughout the test window of approximately 70 days. Typically, the NMAT exam dates range from October to December.
The NMAT exam scheduling method allows candidates to schedule their exam dates within the test timeframe. The NMAT scheduling window will be available on the login dashboard for all candidates who complete the NMAT registration and application form. About NMAT exam
Let’s first have an overview of NMAT :
- The examination mode is online.
- There are a total of three sections, with no negative marking for wrong answers
- There is a total of 108 questions, that need to be attempted in 120 minutes.
- You need to clear the sectional cut-offs and the overall cut-off to qualify for the CDPI round.
Some other important aspects of NMAT:
- You can give a total of 3 attempts, with a 75-day window in between any two exams ( take note that for every attempt you will have to pay the exam fees again, but not the college fees).
- The best marks out of the three would be considered.
- You are free to choose the order of the sections before the start of the exam.
- You can also schedule your own time and place for taking the examination (subject to availability).
Eligibility Criteria
To be qualified for NMAT 2024, a candidate must meet the eligibility conditions outlined below:
- The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university, with a minimum of 50% overall.
- Students in the last year of their bachelor's degree are also able to take the exam.
Note: Before selecting colleges for the application, candidates should confirm the eligibility conditions of each participating college, as they may differ.
