And the mock interviews are taken by students/alums of premier institutes. So, you are getting interview experiences from individuals who have themselves given and cracked interviews of top institutions. So, i would highly recommend CATKing for interview prep. Trust me, they are unmatched in this domain. Now, moving on to CAT exam preparation. CATKing provides the whole package here as well. Classes, practice material, mocks, analyses of mocks. So yeah it's a good choice. Mocks are also very important, don't forget! CATKing classes are worth it.

Let me share my perspective on it. I started watching videos from the CATking channel years before as I wanted to improve my Verbal ability and know about the CAT exam. Hence after deciding to give CAT 2022 the first thing I did was to visit the youtube channel. Luckily the first few videos that I watched over there were about the strategy for the CAT exam. This strategy is what actually helped me to see the CAT exam as doable. Also, I kept watching youtube videos and Live streams for motivation and strategy. For the Youtube channel, I would mention the religious dedication of Sumit sir towards preparing CAT aspirants is commendable, I would like to see this channel getting diversified in other fields if possible. Now, as this was my first and last attempt for CAT I wanted to join preparation classes. However, I had time constraints as I was a working professional it was really difficult for me to join the CAT preparation classes anywhere so I took the path of self-study. You got to take this decision as per your situation, also you will need Mock Tests for sure I joined the GDPI batch of the CATKing after the CAT 2022 result. Now after the CAT exam and getting a decent percentile, I found myself bombarded by a lot of information that I was not able to manage. After finding out that I made some mistakes as not giving XAT, IIFT, NMAT, and SNAP exams and also didn’t fill out the MDI and SPjain forms I decided it is high time to join coaching, and as CATking was available as one of the best prices hence I joined it. There I did find a lot of resources that were present in the dashboard which could have helped me while preparing. Now for GDPI, you are required to talk to someone to get your thoughts clear for an interview, for this my mentor Komal Priya worked well for me and gave me enough confidence. For GDPI, I am sure that CATking will connect you with the right people and groups to help you out. In conclusion, I would say: You need to answer this question needs to be answered from your perspective and position. I do believe that CATking could have helped me to improve my score however that might have come at the cost of practice sessions which could have been counter effective. In the end, I am very happy with the result I got from CAT. I hope this helps.

I will give my honest opinion about the classes and mba prep in general. little about me I got 99.68 percentile in my first attempt at CAT while working full time. I have also prepared earlier for GATE 2020 and GRE and TOEFL 2018. If you want short answer here are my two cents “you guys have an idea about your abilities and any coaching centre can not make you identify your weaknesses and strengths, you have to analyse the mocks, the classes and try to remain calm and collected during exam hour so first work hard on identifying these things then go for coaching classes to work on your weaknesses” Now the long answer, I joined the CATKING classes in aug 2022 after I took the decision to start seriously preparing for CAT. My first impression was that the classes are only for 40 minutes which is a great thing for a working person like me as I used to attend usually from office or while transit the 7–8PM class. I knew my weak point was quant and in dashboard I got a good amount of material to work with. I was just solving questions regularly of the concepts taught in the classes along with the Arun Sharma LOD 1 and LOD 2 which really helped. Sudhanshu sir was great and Rahul sir was the motivator and suggested good reading material for verbal. DI LR was okayish if you really struggle in DI and LR I would suggest keep solving arun Sharma and take the mocks as much as you can that’s what helped me during my prep. CATKING mocks were the only mocks I attempted so I have no idea about other coaching’s material and I guess in CAT the accuracy and mistakes minimising is the key which will only happen if you solve a hell lot of questions with speed. The Sunday’s mock solving session with Sudhanshu sir is awesome and we get to know what we are lacking in our way to solve the questions. overall my experience was good with the classes and my advice to all of you please don’t be just dependent on classes to make you clear any exam take some time out of your busy schedule and reflect on yourself to identify what you are good and bad at and work accordingly.
