Associate Professor – PGDM Rural Management, contributing to rural development education, research, and policy-oriented management learning.
Holds a PhD in Management (Venture Capital) from Nirma University, Ahmedabad, along with PGDBM in Rural Management (IIRM Jaipur), MA in Public Administration, and BA (Hons) Economics.
Brings 21+ years of academic and teaching experience, having served at institutions including Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya (Jabalpur), Rajasthan Technical University (Kota), College of Materials Management (Jabalpur), and Xavier Institute of Development Action and Studies (XIDAS).
Actively engaged in research, consulting, and development sector projects, including CAPART and NGO project evaluations, with consulting work in water management, rural livelihoods, infrastructure development, and poverty reporting.
Serves as Reviewer – Agriculture Research Journal and member of global forums focused on Sustainable Rural Development, contributing to research dissemination and policy dialogue.
Recipient of Best Research Paper Award – International Conference (Bali, 2022), with research cited by the India Gold Policy Centre, IIM Ahmedabad.
International exposure includes participation in Student Exchange Programme – New Mexico State University (USA) and mentoring teams achieving Smart India Hackathon Grand Finale recognition (2024).
Author of the book “Venture Capital Funding: Global & Indian Experiences”, with 45+ research publications, book chapters, edited volumes, and academic contributions in development and rural management domains.
Recognized for advancing rural management education, integrating research, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and grassroots development perspectives into management learning.
